The set was simple with a few pieces and props to set the show. The actor, Keir Cutler, comes out after the lights were dimmed and upon revelation, his arms were out-stretched, greeting us into his show. He was in character the whole time, portraying a religious authority on how to spot, capture and destroy witches. He has quite a presence on stage. The program that was handed to the audience had just a blurb of the actor's bio, but the rest of the program had some important info on the abuse and other statistics of the treatment of woman, a theme relevent to the purpose of the show. The parallels of witch-hunting and the discrimination against woman was the running thread throughout, as he went on about eradicating the earth of witches, revealing his hatred for women. You see dangerous passion like this in fascist and dictators. To deny this kind of thinking exists today and that there are others who think like this in present-day, that other people think that the witch-hunts will never happen again was what I came away with. There's always something educational about Keir's shows that I don't expect and I'm glad for it. I liked how he broke the 4th wall when someone was coughing and he offered his mug of water to them. If you want a little education with your entertainment, then see this show, unless you're turned-off by it or you're not interested in hard-hitting pieces.

Quote of the Moment
"I don't possess a lot of self-confidence. I'm an actor so I simply act confident every time I hit the stage."
